Prescott Creeks will be holding a recycled art show and auction titled “One Man’s Treasure” on September 18th at the Granite Dells Resort, a beautiful historic location in the Granite Dells along Granite Creeks.
We are looking for artists, or just downright creative folks, to turn trash into art. This is a chance to challenge yourself in the art of “upcycling”, or literally turning our creek trash into creative treasures.Artists are invited to submit art for the show and auction by August 1st. Each artist may submit up to five pieces. The first piece is a donation and needs to have a signifigant portion of the art be from creek trash. The additional four pieces will have the proceeds split with 80% to the artist and 20% to Prescott Creeks. These pieces may be more representative of the artist’s normal work.
All submitted art will be juried by local artists.
